Join us at Mill River Park's Fall Festival. Animal Embassy will be there with a Spooktacular Animals Interactive Area from 2-4 pm.
Spooktacular Animals Interactive Area with Animal Embassy
Meet some of the animals that haunt our dreams, make our "skin crawl," and the hair stand up on the back of our necks! Children (and adults!) will be able to touch and even hold select animals while learning about their appearance, behavior, adaptations and habitats and hearing stories of how they came to be rescued or adopted by Animal Embassy. Meet Animal Ambassadors such as a Pink-toed Tarantula, an Emperor Scorpion, a Sinaloan Milk Snake or a Boa Constrictor, an Axolotl, an Argentine Black & White Tegu and more "spooktacular" animals in the spirit of Halloween! Join Animal Embassy as we demystify these amazing creatures and help families cross the line from fear to respect and appreciation.
The event is free and open to the public. Some of the activities will cost money (the bounce zone, scarecrow making, mini golf), but the animal show is free to enjoy.
