Join Chris Evers, Founder & Director of Animal Embassy, at the Wolf Conservation Center, for a naturalist’s look at Yellowstone National Park.
By 1926 the last pack of wolves had been exterminated from the Park, since then the ecosystem has evolved without this valuable apex predator. Discover how the plants and animals of the park have changed since their reintroduction. Enjoy the photography of Chris Evers, as you explore the wildlife, scenery, and ecology of this amazing National Park.
Chris attended the University of Montana (Missoula) through the National Student Exchange program, and has studied and photographed in Yellowstone on numerous occasions. Chris has accompanied the WCC to Yellowstone twice in the last five years. This spring, Chris helped them to lead a trip to the park. WCC guests were treated to a unique field experience with a naturalist and wildlife biologists.
After the presentation you can howl with the Center’s resident wolves, visit with the Ambassador wolves and if you are lucky, catch a glimpse of the new Red Wolf pups.
Please register for this program through the Wolf Conservation Center at www.nywolf.org.
