Event Description

Join us at Stamford Museum & Nature Center's Take-A-Hike Week for Snakes of the World!

These often misunderstood creatures come in an incredible diversity of colors and sizes. As we learn to respect these amazing animals, we will turn fear into fascination! Children will learn that all animals have a “job” to do, and play an important role in the environment. Animal Embassy has rescued/adopted a tremendous diversity of these beautiful creatures and will present some of their most amazing of all during this interactive presentation. Animal Ambassadors will include a variety of King snakes, Milk snakes, Boas and Pythons from around the world!
